WARRANTY ::
Our machines are covered by a lifetime warranty for as long as you own them. During the first year, if anything happens to your machine, send it to us and we will repair and tune your tattoo machine and ship it back to you free of charge.
There are a few things that void this warranty. If you alter or remove the coils in any way [and we will know]. If you destroy or damage the machine due to your own negligence; there will be a charge for the parts that need to be replaced.
Next Generation Tattoo Machines are designed to function properly only when the contact screw is positioned flat against the spring. If you reposition the screw, it will not run as designed.
As long as you own the machine you may send it in with a $20 money order per machine which pays for the tuning, springs, and shipping back. The $20 is offered as long as the machine hasn't been altered in any way. There will be a charge for any parts that have been altered or need replacing due to misuse.
