Pre-Construction Analysis
Conceptual Estimating
FRE Resources will visit potential project sites and take pictures, measurements, meet with building officials and determine local or business park restrictions that may affect budget and design. In turn, we will provide a detailed conceptual estimate based on this site visit, RS Means, historical data as well as a city cost index. In addition, we will supply a detailed schedule along with “what if” estimates and scenarios.

Design
After meeting and coordinating with our client, we will determine their design needs and introduce our architectural and engineering team. The building will be designed according to the conceptual estimate scope and budget, and will reflect the requirements of each individual client. Throughout the process, FRE Resources will assist in the design by hosting weekly design meetings and providing other value-added services to ensure that the end product is creative, efficient and functional.

Final Budgeting
FRE Resources will assist in finding local and national bidders. We will generate detailed budgets based on the various vendors’ bids and create a bid analysis. Each client is supplied with a bid binder that includes at least three bids in each trade. This method ensures that each client is guaranteed the best value and simplest process.
