FRE Resources is currently serving as the Design-Build Contractor for this 52,800 SF speculative customer service center in Clarksville, Tennessee. FRE Resources is partnering with sister company - FRE Development, to offer this site to potential tenants. After extensive market research, Clarksville was identified as the community of choice because of its low call center saturation, central time zone, accessibility to Nashville, cost of doing business, and quality of life. This project offers prospective clients the ability to incrementally expand (8,500 SF) the site to accommodate any size requirements. Construction began in July 2007 and will be completed upon leasing the facility.
